DAVID CARROLL
LEADERSHIP COACH | CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
My work is grounded in a simple belief: sustainable high performance comes from optimising both human behaviour and human physiology. Drawing on my background in naturopathic medicine, nutrition, coaching psychology and adult learning—I help individuals and teams build the self-awareness, emotional intelligence and energy management systems required to perform at their best without burning out.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading organisations, including Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, AstraZeneca, AbbVie, and Eli Lilly. By integrating performance science with real-world business challenges, I enable leaders to think more clearly, communicate more effectively and create environments where both people and performance thrive.
